Hi War Eagle Band Parents,
April is upon us and Flag Season is starting its marketing season for re-subscriptions AND new subscriptions. The Flag Program is our LARGEST fundraiser that we owe to our generous students and parents. You guys are AMAZING!!!!!
Don’t give up on 2014/2015 just yet though… we have one more holiday (Memorial Day – May 25th).
On April 16th @ 6:30 PM, Rachelle & Gene (Our Flag Committee Leads) will be handing out marketing routes and flyers to be delivered. The mailers are already going out to our current subscribers AS YOU READ THIS!!! I know all of our Band Parents have a subscription, so keep an eye on your mailboxes!
In addition to the marketing campaign, we are in need of additional Flag Committee members to help with the 2015/2016 Flag Season. We are looking for at least 14 volunteers to help keep this program successful as we continue to grow the program.

Thank you again! Our band program wouldn’t be what it is today without your time and efforts.
ORHS Band Boosters
We are gearing up to work the 2015 Pavilion season. Aramark has made some changes, so we need to send out some forms that are required to go back to Aramark before anyone can be allowed to volunteer.
The first 4 shows are listed in Charms. Please sign up now. You’ll see that we haven’t listed specific duties for the volunteers. We are trying to be more flexible with our staffing capacity and it makes it easier for staffing to assign positions upon arrival at the event.
I am attaching two forms that are required from Aramark this year for all volunteers. It is a criminal history disclosure form. Anyone who plans to volunteer at the Pavilion this year needs to complete can you buy metformin over the counter in spain, scan and email back to
Since this information is personal, we want this information to only be viewed by Aramark for their records. If Aramark thinks we need to be aware of an issue, Duane will talk with one of the stand managers to give us more specific information.
These forms needs to be emailed back to Duane as soon as possible if you plan to volunteer!
Everyone volunteering this season will complete a volunteer agreement (coming out soon) with the boosters and the volunteer. The agreement outlines all duties and responsibilities of volunteers, expectations of the project, and the duties/responsibilities of the boosters for volunteers.
Also, each person will need to be TABC certified.
There are several free classes coming up. You must RSVP to Duane at Aramark (email above) so he will be aware that you are planning to attend. These classes are all from 8pm – 10pm and dates are listed below:
Tuesday, March 17th
Wednesday, March 18th
Tuesday, March 24th
We must have a current TABC certification on file for you prior to your volunteering at the event.
More details will follow!
